Industrial Design

PACE(y)

At the Industrial Design Thesis Show, I proudly unveiled PACE(y), a groundbreaking wearable device that I meticulously researched, produced, and developed. PACE(y) is not just a creation; it's a vision aimed at revolutionizing the professional lives of blue-collar workers. Inspired by my grandfather’s and uncle's struggle with carpal tunnel, I was compelled to find a solution. By minimizing the strain on muscles, my goal was to significantly reduce the risk of developing musculoskeletal disorders, thus enhancing their overall comfort and well-being in the workplace. This project represents a crucial step towards a safer and more sustainable future for our workforce.

The name 'PACE(y)' is a heartfelt play on words, paying homage to my mother's maiden name, while embodying the essence of speed, efficiency, and progress - all vital elements of this innovative device. It's an honor to share that PACE(y) was given the prestigious 2nd Place Alumni Choice Award, a testament to its potential impact and innovation.

Passion Projects

Bridging Passion and Craftsmanship

For me, designing sports-related creations is more than a side-line project—it's a labor of love. As an avid supporter of Toronto's sports scene, I thrive on infusing pieces with the same energy, spirit, and camaraderie that define the game. These projects are my playground, where I get to have fun and keep my creative juices flowing. It's about capturing moments of triumph and the collective pulse of the fans. From brainstorming to final design, each piece is a testament to the fusion of passion and craftsmanship. If you hover over the artworks, you can take a peak of the story behind them.
